Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)

Industry: Non-IT Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Managing job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

Ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.

Maintaining candidate database and preparing recruitment reports.

Handling work pressure and meeting hiring deadlines.

Skills Required:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

? Good understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.

? Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
