About the team: Offline Payments -Paytm's business tool to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology by providing products like Soundbox and EDC, QR, and Merchandising. We focus on delivering high-quality change and view every change as a Trust-busting or Loyalty-Building experience. Paytm offline payments business is the primary interface between Paytm's lines of business and cross-functional partners to enable change. We have built collaborative relationships, working closely to identify and resolve defects to create and execute quality change.

About the role: The role involves hiring the for sales role in bulk to meet the business requirements. The recruiter will identify the right candidate and fill up the position on the given TAT.

Expectations/ Requirements :

1 .Identifying the right talent as per business requirements

2. Sourcing Candidates through own Database, Social Media, and Job Fairs

3. Coordinating for Interviews and making selected candidates Join.

4. Handle bulk hiring majorly sales hiring.

5. Make use of references and database for sourcing, calling candidates as per the requirement.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :

1. 6 months -3 years of experience in recruitment/ bulk , mass hiring.

2. Should be able to Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.

3. Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.

4. Decent communication and presentation skills.

5. Experience in Non-Tech and Sales hiring is highly preferred.

Education: Must be a Graduate.
