Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management
:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
Provide timely updates and insights regarding recruitment progress.
Market Research & Employer Branding
:
Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks.
Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to enhance employer branding.
Compliance & Reporting
:
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal hiring standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of organic or FMCG industry recruitment is a plus.
