We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team, preferably with prior experience in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Use job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
Maintain candidate database.
Coordinate offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter; experience in the jewelry industry will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring mandates.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
