We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs.

Managing HRMS, attendance, and leave systems Ensuring accurate HR data and reporting

8. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies Managing audits, statutory filings, and risk mitigation

9. Employee Engagement & Culture

Strengthening workplace culture Organizing engagement activities and feedback mechanisms

10. Change & People Advisory

Supporting organizational change initiatives Acting as a bridge between management and employees
