We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for creative, technical, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate understands fast-paced hiring environments and has a strong ability to identify, engage, and close top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Hands-on experience hiring for creative, design, tech, or corporate roles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-growing environment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring compliance
