Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for client requirements (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand client needs, job roles, and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until joining.
Ensure
closure of positions within defined TAT
.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
Proven experience in
consultancy or staffing recruitment
preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring platforms.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
IT / Non-IT / Bulk / Lateral hiring
(as applicable).
Knowledge of labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
Client handling experience.
