Job Overview: We are hiring HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries. Ideal candidates should be proactive, confident, and capable of handling bulk and corporate hiring efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen & shortlist candidates for various roles
Handle bulk & corporate hiring across multiple sectors
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidatesMaintain recruitment databases and daily activity reports
Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures Manage job postings on portals & social platforms
Skills & Preferred Experience
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic understanding of recruitment cycle Ability to work under deadlines
Good negotiation & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals (Shine/Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn) - added advantage
