Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

HR Recruiter (Female)

with a strong background in

Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring

. The ideal candidate will handle

end-to-end recruitment

processes and support rapid hiring needs across various roles. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing ability, and the confidence to manage high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment cycle

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle

bulk or sales hiring requirements

across multiple non-IT roles. Source candidates through

job portals, social media, references, walk-ins

, and networking. Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years

of experience in

non-IT recruitment

,

sales hiring

and

bulk hiring

. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced hiring needs. Proven experience in handling

end-to-end recruitment

independently. Only

preferred for this role. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
