Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily tasks, targets, and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases, lead records, and sales reports.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals.
Follow up with clients for payments and required documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Support management in tracking sales targets and achievements.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist clients with product or service information.
Office Coordination & Administration
Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails.
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, HR, Logistics, etc.) for daily operations.
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
Schedule meetings, maintain attendance records, and prepare administrative reports.
Maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM, ERP, or accounting software preferred.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Office Administration, or Back Office roles.
