Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews for preliminary assessment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
Undergraduate/Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration preferred.
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in a consultancy or agency).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
