Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Write and update job descriptions based on department requirements.
Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, etc.).
Conduct initial candidate screenings (telephonic or virtual) to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and finalize hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
2. Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective job specifications.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress.
Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to forecast future hiring needs.
4. Employer Branding
Promote the company's culture and values through recruitment marketing.
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities.
Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and diversity standards.
Prepare recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
6. Onboarding Support
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Assist in preparing offer letters, joining kits, and induction schedules.
