Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for diverse IT positions - from sourcing to offer rollout.

Proactively source

and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct

interviews, assessments, and screenings

to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to

understand role requirements

and refine recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a

talent pipeline

for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a

smooth and professional candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process. Utilize

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

and recruitment tools for efficient tracking and reporting. Stay updated on

IT hiring trends and market intelligence

to support strategic hiring decisions.

Requirements



1-3 years of recruitment experience

, preferably in IT or technology hiring. Basic understanding of

IT concepts and technical job roles

. Hands-on experience with

ATS and sourcing platforms

such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Excellent

organizational and multitasking abilities
