? Recruit GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.

? Build networks with institutions and skill development organizations through in-person meetings (felid Visits) and Calling.

? Manage the interview, onboarding, and exit processes.

? Identify and implement strategies to reduce recruitment costs for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.

? Maintain well-organized employee records for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers, and track their performance.

? Address inquiries from GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.

? Ensure proper execution of organizational policies and procedures.

? Collaborate with the operations team.

? Stay informed on healthcare regulations and provide training to new hires.
