Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Post and update job advertisements across multiple platforms (portals, social media, referrals).
Source candidates through databases, job portals, professional networks, and campus drives.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure of open positions.
Assist in onboarding process, documentation, and induction planning.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive talent mapping.
Handle bulk hiring and coordination with recruitment agencies/consultancies when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools/portals
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
