Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, calling, and scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, documents)
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Prepare and maintain HR reports (in Excel/Google Sheets)
Assist HR Manager in handling employee queries and grievances
Draft notices, internal communications, and circulars
Organize and update HR databases and physical files
Required Qualifications:
Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred; HR specialization is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Good organizational and multitasking skills
