Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Knowledge of recruiting techniques and tools.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
