Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Screening and Assessment:

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers. Provide detailed information to candidates about the organization, job role, and interview process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on refining job specifications.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
