Key Responsibilities
Sourcing:
Filtering resumes from various platforms.
Interviewing:
Conducting daily interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
Reporting:
Providing a daily shortlist of the best candidates to the owner.
Coordination:
Scheduling final rounds and managing offer discussions.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Fluency in
English and Hindi
is essential.
Must be based in or familiar with the
Anand/V.V. Nagar
area.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring needs.
