Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Facilitate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies.
Organize training programs and maintain training records.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Support strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
