We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for both
IT and Non-IT positions
, and must be comfortable working across various job boards and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels --
job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Handle recruitment for
diverse positions
across departments, including both
IT and Non-IT roles.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview rounds with internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment reports in the company's HR system or tracking sheets.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
in end-to-end recruitment (both IT and Non-IT domains).
Proven experience working on
different job boards
(e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
