Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for junior to mid-level positions Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from stakeholders Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain

candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

Ensure a smooth

candidate experience

throughout the hiring process Support onboarding documentation and offer roll-outs Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

recruitment processes & sourcing techniques

Hands-on experience with

job portals & LinkedIn sourcing

Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle

multiple positions simultaneously

Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring compliance Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets


Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field preferred 1-5 years of experience in

corporate or consultancy recruitment


Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in

IT / Non-IT / Bulk hiring

(as applicable) Knowledge of ATS tools Experience working with recruitment vendors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
