Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding documentation and offer roll-outs
Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
recruitment processes & sourcing techniques
Hands-on experience with
job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle
multiple positions simultaneously
Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring compliance
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field preferred
1-5 years of experience in
corporate or consultancy recruitment
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in
IT / Non-IT / Bulk hiring
(as applicable)
Knowledge of ATS tools
Experience working with recruitment vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
