Job Description

The HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Performance & Engagement



Support performance appraisal processes Drive employee engagement initiatives Assist in training & development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-5 years of experience in HR (Staffing/Recruitment preferred) Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ATS tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,347.58 - ₹18,450.20 per month

Work Location: Remote
