Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven

Freelance HR Recruiter

who can source, screen, and submit suitable candidates as per the company's hiring requirements. This role is ideal for recruiters who prefer flexible working hours and earnings based on successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements, role specifications, and hiring timelines shared by the company. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks. Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role fitment. Share relevant and well-screened candidate profiles with the company. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team, if required. Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process. Ensure candidate availability and interest till joining. Maintain confidentiality of company and candidate information.

Commission Structure

Commission will be paid

for each successful candidate selection/joining

. Payment terms and percentage will be shared and agreed upon before starting the assignment. Commission is applicable only after the candidate successfully joins and completes the agreed joining period (if any).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or freelance). Ability to source candidates independently. Strong communication and coordination skills. Understanding of hiring processes and candidate screening. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Access to sourcing channels and candidate databases is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in hiring for specific industries (e.g., cold chain, logistics, manufacturing, sales) is an added advantage. Freelance or consultancy recruitment experience preferred.
