As a Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, craft effective strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position requires a strong understanding of best recruitment practices, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for connecting people with career opportunities that align with their goals and the company's vision.

Experience and Qualifications
3+ Years of working experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Zoho, etc.).
Expertise in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs, events, or campus drives when needed.
Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
