Job Title: HR Recruiter (Blue Collar Hiring)

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team, specializing in blue collar hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our client's blue collar positions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top blue collar talent

- Source candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

- Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting thorough background checks and assessments

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback

- Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in blue collar hiring

- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates

- Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms

Targets:

- Monthly Recruitment Target: 15-20 hires

- Time-to-Hire: 30-45 days

- Candidate Satisfaction Rate: 90% or higher

- Client Satisfaction Rate: 95% or higher

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
