:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for onsite placements. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in client-specific or project-based roles that require an onsite presence. The HR Recruiter will also maintain communication with both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth transitions and successful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
: Identify, source, and screen qualified candidates for onsite placement positions using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Interview Coordination
: Schedule and organize interviews with clients or hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Placement Coordination
: Oversee the end-to-end process of placing candidates onsite, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and timelines.
Client Communication
: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their staffing needs, share candidate progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
Onboarding & Documentation
: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including required documentation, employment contracts, and compliance checks, ensuring that the candidate is ready for their onsite assignment.
Relationship Building
: Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing continuous support and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring and placement process.
Reporting & Feedback
: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, providing regular reports on candidate status, placement timelines, and client feedback.
Problem Solving
: Address and resolve any challenges related to the placement process, including candidate relocation, client requirements, and logistical matters for onsite assignments.
Compliance & Policies
: Ensure all placements and recruitment processes comply with company policies, local labor laws, and client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, particularly in onsite placement or client-facing recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and candidate screening techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment laws, compliance, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience in recruiting for specific industries such as Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Previous experience in onsite recruitment and placement coordination.
Work Environment
:
This position may involve travel to client sites or regional offices as required for onsite placements.
Remote work may be possible for certain administrative tasks, but onsite coordination will typically require presence in office or at placement locations.
