, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across a variety of roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings across job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate interview feedback and candidate communication
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-ins
Provide an exceptional candidate experience
Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
