About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

HR Recruiter

who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and well-versed with major job portals and sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Source candidates through

Naukri

,

Indeed

,

LinkedIn

, employee referrals, and other online platforms. Understand job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies. Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to evaluate suitability. Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates. Build and maintain strong professional networks for ongoing hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience

in recruitment (preferably in HR consulting or corporate hiring). Strong experience using

Naukri

,

Indeed

, and

LinkedIn

for sourcing and screening candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup. Strong understanding of various job roles across industries. Good negotiation and coordination skills.

for smooth online operations. Must have

, but the position is open to skilled candidates from other locations as well.
