Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Understand the client's hiring needs and deliver relevant profiles quickly.
Ensure smooth on boarding and documentation processes.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong sourcing skills on platforms like Workindia, Job hai, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in bulk/mass hiring.
Experience hiring for Sales, Retail, or BFSI roles.
