Job Description

You'll handle end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech mandates. Think of it as owning the entire recruitment cycle: understanding client needs, building strong pipelines, running interviews, and making sure positions close on time.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with clients to understand roles, skill expectations, and timelines. Source through portals, social platforms, networks, and referrals. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with a quick turnaround. Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer rollouts. Maintain trackers, reports, and clean documentation. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Manage multiple mandates at once without dropping the ball.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience in staffing or consulting. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Someone who communicates well and keeps stakeholders updated. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Ability to work with tight timelines and high-volume requirements.

Nice to have

Experience hiring across tech, non-tech, and niche roles. Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals.
