Source candidates through job portals, social media, networks, and referrals.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
Manage client communication and understand hiring requirements.
Provide daily recruitment updates and ensure timely closures.
Follow up with candidates until the onboarding stage.
Requirements:
Minimum
1.5 years experience
in
Recruitment Consultancy

Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup.
