We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports in Excel / ATS tools.
Support in bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
Assist with other HR operations and engagement activities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk or corporate hiring).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS systems.
Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in tech/non-tech hiring.
Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and compliance.
Good understanding of employer branding and candidate experience.
