You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across departments -- all from the comfort of your remote workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Administration.
Handle both
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers virtually.
Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and status reports.
Support onboarding and document collection for selected candidates.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
Share regular updates and analytics on hiring progress.
Candidate Experience
Ensure smooth and professional communication throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
1 year of hands-on experience in
Non-IT recruitment
(both inbound and outbound).
Proficiency with major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while working remotely.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking tools or Excel-based reporting.
