Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract top candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers efficiently.
Draft and post compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability and communication skills.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement when required.
Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and modern hiring practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple openings simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
