Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
Source and attract candidates using databases, networking, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage offer negotiations and assist in onboarding new hires.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with job boards, social media sourcing, and ATS tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
