The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle -- from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a keen understanding of modern recruitment tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
Source candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in the HRIS/ATS.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other talent acquisition events.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve employer branding and recruitment processes.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
2+years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and resume management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
