to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about hiring and people management.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and reports Ensure a smooth hiring process and excellent candidate experience

Requirements:

Minimum education: HSC Pass / Any Graduate Good spoken and written English communication skills Basic computer knowledge and internet access Positive attitude and willingness to learn Fresher or experienced -- both are welcome Male and Female candidates can apply
