. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals across different levels. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support employer branding and participate in hiring drives or job fairs when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably sales or business development hiring).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development roles.
Good understanding of sales metrics and team structures.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
