2-4 years of hands-on experience in

IT & Non-IT recruitment

. Proven exposure to

Japan and Germany hiring

(cultural understanding, sourcing channels, candidate engagement). Strong sourcing skills using

LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory; German/Japanese language knowledge is a plus). Ability to work in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment

with multiple priorities. Good negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,333.19 per month

Work Location: Remote
