Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, shortlisting top talent, and coordinating with clients to ensure hiring needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding candidate profiles and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job posting across multiple job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (very important).
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,277.15 - ₹10,000.00 per month
