Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed)
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and discretion
