:Recruitment & Hiring Responsibilities:
? Write and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
? Source candidates using databases, job portals, and networking.
? Evaluate and screen resumes via virtual interactions.
? Conduct interviews via phone, Skype, Zoom, or in person.
? Assess candidates and maintain interview/hiring records.
? Prepare hiring paperwork and manage joining formalities.
HR & Administrative Duties:
? Handle new employee orientation.
? Issue ID cards, company SIM cards, and necessary documentation.
? Assign daily tasks to the recruitment team.
? Track and collect daily performance reports.
? Review candidates' performance and ensure productivity.
? Support and motivate employees to meet monthly targets.
? Process salary payouts based on performance.
? Coordinate with HR teams for work assessment and team building.
Required Skills & Experience:
?
Proven experience
as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
? Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and resume databases.
? Proficiency in
candidate sourcing techniques
.
? Strong
verbal and written communication skills
.
? Good
decision-making and problem-solving abilities
.
? Ability to
negotiate effectively and meet recruitment targets
.

Fluent in Hindi & Telugu
(mandatory for candidate communication).
