We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for roles in sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and customer service. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles.

Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipeline.

Partner with hiring managers for staffing needs.

Requirements:

1+ year experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferred).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of job portals & social media sourcing.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
