HR Recruiter - Non-IT

with hands-on experience in

BPO recruitment

and

client handling

. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using

free/unpaid job portals

and their own sourcing methods to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for

Non-IT roles

, especially in the

BPO sector

Source candidates through

own job portals

,

social media

,

free job boards

, and

networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures Maintain candidate database and follow up with candidates post-interview Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team goals Build strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

Prior experience in

Non-IT/BPO recruitment

Strong knowledge of

sourcing through free/unpaid job portals

Good communication skills in English and local language Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements simultaneously Self-driven and target-oriented Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
