As part of our expansion, we are offering fresh graduates an opportunity to begin their careers as HR Recruiters, where they will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and human resource management. --- Role Overview As an HR Recruiter (Fresher) at The CTC AGENCY, you will work closely with our recruitment team to source, screen, and place candidates for various job roles across industries. This role provides a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR, recruitment consulting, and talent management. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the HR domain are strongly encouraged to apply. --- Key Responsibilities Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions. Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability. Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate with both candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates during selection and onboarding stages. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Participate in team discussions to strategize hiring approaches for bulk and niche roles. Learn HR tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment techniques. --- Desired Skills Strong communication skills (spoken and written). Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn. Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment as a long-term career path. --- Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (all streams accepted). Freshers only - no prior experience required. MBA / PGDM (HR) candidates will be given preference, but not mandatory. Age: 18 - 28 years preferred. --- Salary & Benefits Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on performance and location). Attractive incentives and bonuses for successful closures.
