Source and shortlist teachers from online portals & networks.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Create & post job ads; manage candidate responses.
Maintain recruitment records and share hiring reports.
Collaborate with hiring managers for smooth processes.
Maintaining tutor and employee data and attendance record
Requirements:
Prior experience in
teacher/academic recruitment
is a must.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Ability to work with sincerity, dedication, and strict adherence to timings.
