As a Recruiter at Kolabix, you will be responsible for the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, from identifying talent to onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in shaping the workforce of Kolabix and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with managers.
Manage the entire hiring process, from shortlisting to offer rollouts.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation and induction.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent Kolabix's values and culture in every candidate interaction.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
