Role & Responsibilities

--Should handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT.
--Should have hands-on experience in job Portals (Naukri and Monster) and Social Media.
--Referencing and headhunting are one of the major features of the job.
--Search and identify high-quality profiles.
--Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation.
--Screening the candidates with telephonic interviews for their responsibilities and communication skills.
--Evaluate candidates against the requirements to ensure a suitable match.
--Shortlisting scheduling of candidates for technical interviews.
--Follow up on candidates from Interviews to their joining.
--Regular Interaction with candidates pre and post-joining.
--Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

--2-5 years experience.
--Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter from a consultancy background.
--Experience with sourcing techniques.
--Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,521.24 per month
