We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process for teaching positions across our 10 Honours programs with dual majors. This work-from-home position requires 48 hours per week to source, screen, and onboard qualified educators, ensuring alignment with our academic timeline starting July 2025.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified teachers for the following 10 Honours programs with dual majors:
B.Sc. Honours (Food Science and Technology) with Food Science and Nutrition
B.Sc. Honours (Computer Science) with Quantum Technology
B.Sc. Honours (Cyberforensics & Forensic Science)
B.Com. Honours (Business Analytics and Commerce)
B.Sc. Honours (Computer Science) with Cyber Security
B.Sc. Honours (Computer Science) with Data Science
B.Sc. Honours (Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science)
B.Com. Honours (Computer Applications) with Logistics Supply Chain Management
B.Com. Honours (Computer Applications) with Business Process Management
B.A. Honours (Public Administration, Journalism & Mass Communication)
Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Indeed), university networks, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications (e.g., M.Sc., M.Tech, Ph.D., NET/SET) and experience (2-3 years preferred) across diverse disciplines.
Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and ensure NEP 2020 compliance.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, reference checks, and final selections.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries (?30,000/month for full-time, ?15,000/month for part-time), and coordinate remote onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and submit weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and college policies in a remote work environment.
